Rooms in the north tower are spacious, featuring soft beds and large bathrooms-especially appreciated is the powerful shower. Staff are friendly, always eager to assist. cleanliness needs attention. Doors and walls bear wear; common areas could use more thorough cleaning. My room wasn't ready at check-in, and communication from one employee fell short. Noise levels are a concern, especially in quieter spaces. Dining at Kuro was a highlight, showcasing exceptional sushi-worth the splurge. A few improvements could elevate the experience, but the foundation is solid.

The hotel is right on the boardwalk, just a short walk to Steel Pier amusement park and a few steps from Brighton Park making it super easy to take leisurely strolls and enjoy the ocean view while being close to a variety of restaurants and fun activities but the check-in process could be improved as I had to wait longer than expected.

Located centrally by the boardwalk, it promises a lively summer atmosphere with live band performances in the lobby. Special appreciation to Maximilian from the front desk for a warm welcome during check-in, creating a pleasant experience.

Despite the clean room and good dining options, the lack of electric vehicle chargers was a major letdown. The excessive and inconsistent behavior of some staff members, particularly at the attached gas station, was off-putting.

The decor was not really my taste, a bit dated for my liking, but that's just personal preference. The room had an ironing facility which was convenient, but the air conditioning was a bit too loud and couldn't really be turned off, which was a downside for me. I was glad to find a flat-screen TV in the room, but I wished they provided free water bottles. The room service was good, and housekeeping kept the room clean and tidy during my stay. Unfortunately, the area on the other side of the hotel didn't seem safe for walking around, so I didn't feel comfortable venturing out there alone. Valet parking was reasonably priced, which was a plus, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the check-in process took quite some time as there were long queues, which was a bit of a hassle. my experience at Hard Rock was decent, with a few areas that could use improvement. I enjoyed some aspects like the ironing facilities and the friendly staff, but the loud AC and lack of free water bottles were things that could be better.

Great location with easy parking and access to the boardwalk. Huge hotel with a good casino and many restaurants and cafes. The North tower room was spacious with 2 queen beds, a couch, a small refrigerator, and a large, spotless bathroom. Quick housekeeping and helpful staff.

My friends and I were impressed by the spacious and immaculate suite at Hard Rock Hotel. The view of the city and ocean was amazing. Dinner at the restaurant was really good, and the vibrant nightlife was very good. The drinks were reasonably priced and the overall experience made our stay nice. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

the hotel is extremely clean and the location is amazing - just a short stroll to the boardwalk. the pool was a highlight for the kiddos. also, the live music on monday night felt like a concert. the staff is super friendly and the food is delicious.

During our Christmas holidays, we had a delightful stay at a prime location on the boardwalk. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The friendly and helpful staff made our experience even better. We enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurants, especially the Asian Noodle place. The hotel's proximity to the beach and other attractions was a big plus. it was a fantastic stay with no complaints.

Inconsistent dining experience with limited opening hours and rushed service leading to cold and unsatisfactory food.
